Believe the facts

This week I completed all the assignments to use Keyword, brainstorm and pick a business, participate in the discussions, and pick a business using the information from the spreadsheet.

It was interesting reading about all the different opinions of the other students. It seems several of the students have a pretty good understand of business and web business already. I am just a beginner, but love what I am learning and will continue to learn. I noticed in the discussion it was hard for me to stay focused on just the competition and information from the keywords. There are so many other variables.

The spread sheets were valuable tools, but I think I need more practice so I can find the keywords that will help me create a business that would be a better fit.

Synopsis of what I learned.

• I learned some new options for potential businesses.
• I learned how to use Keywords (or learned the basics.)
• I had some interesting conversations with some of the others in my group.
• I brainstormed some business ideas
• I learned how to use the information to help in deciding what business to start.
• I learned there is a lot more I need to learn before I have a successful business.

Although all the information pointed to one kind of business as being most profitable and easiest to start, I am not sold on it.  Possibly because I have already been doing it, possibly because I want to try something new, and mostly because I don't trust my skills with Keywords yet.
