Trust Trust Trust

February 22, 2020

Wow! this was a crazy test week.  Because I was locked out of my website, I was required to wait 24 hours - until Monday - to try again to get on. I called the tech support on Monday to make sure I didn't make any mistakes signing in.  I spent two hours with the support and still couldn't get in to my account.  It was very frustrating.  Tuesday I did all the projects due and didn't have time to try to get on the web site.  Wednesday, I called the tech support again, and was able to get on my web site and have all my questions answered in less than 30 minutes.

The thing I learned from this was:  1)  Don't get fussy about small stuff.  Things will work out.  Do your best and try everything you know, but don't get fussy about it.  2) Trust it will all work out.  Sometimes we need to have troubles to be able to appreciate the good.  I made a point to recognize all the things I was learning as I struggled to get on my website again.  There were several good reviews about windows programs and networking during the process.  There were several opportunities for me to be flexible.  I actually got some free time since I was frozen out and couldn't work on the project.  I actually started some spring cleaning an made some good progress.  That felt really good.  3)  Because I had been consistently working on the project, I had most of it done before I got frozen out.  I had enough done that it would pass all the required parts, just not as good as I wanted.  But. from that I was reminded that enough is enough.  The first draft doesn't have to be perfect.  Changes can be made as you go.

So, although the week started with a trial, it resolved and was a blessing.
